Some training programs, entirely based on the experiences and goals of bodybuilders, coaches, and athletes, are not necessarily designed to meet the increasingly fitness needs resulting from better awareness and education, as well as those from accidents, diseases, and overall aging of our populations.
We use NASM’s exclusive Optimum Performance Training method, which is the industry’s first and only comprehensive training program based on current scientific research that provides undisputed results specific to individual needs and goals.
By incorporating into every program multiple types of training including but not limited to, flexibility, cardio respiratory, core, balance, reactive, speed, agility, quickness, and strength, this method improves all motor abilities and builds high levels of functional strength, neuromuscular efficiency, and dynamic flexibility. 
Personalized Designed Fitness was founded by Jack. D. Potter, who has been involved in sports and training since a very early age. During his teens he attended John’s Wooden’s Basketball Camp excelling later not only at basketball but also at soccer. After graduating with a major in music, and becoming a consummate bass player in multiple bands, Jack love for fitness led him to start working as a trainer in a very well known fitness corporation for seven years. Wanting to help people get healthier in a more personalized way, led him to start and lead Personalized Design Fitness since 2007.
